Brand-new units with a nice balcony. Knowledgeable outstandingly accommodating staff, perfect location close to shops and restaurants. And next to the center and market, the bus station where the Suvarnabhumi airport direct bus to Hua Hin stops and the Market Village shopping centre and the beach, a bus terminal.

Beds were a bit hard.

The place was TOP QUALITY and immaculately clean. The service was very good in my opinion. Early check-in was a bonus.

original and quiet little accommodation with magnificent setting really close to the beach, market village shopping mall and numerous eateries on the main road, 3 shopping malls and the bus stop and the big shopping mall.

Actually everything was fine, my next choice again in Hua Hin. Had 7 nights in Hua Hin, spending my time here lovely. The location was quiet, at a short distance from Bluport Hua Hin Resort Mall. The main shopping centre and shopping centres were right next door. All the employees were genuinely helpful and smiled at me.

Our stay at Sunshine was great value for money. The room was spacious, clean, and had all the necessary amenities. The location suited us perfectly, with restaurants and markets within walking distance. The staff were helpful and friendly throughout our stay.

The only improvement I would suggest is to have more variety in the breakfast selection.

Can recommend to others. Early check-in and very good service. A really really nice stay with a nice swimming pool. Good location, a cinema and bars right next to the hotel. Found in a very quite area.

Mind-blowing value for money budget hotel. Super clean, comfy bed, and all the essentials you need. Loads of food options nearby. Great location near major shopping mall and food courts. Amazing bathrooms, comfortable beds, and balcony included in budget room. Excellent A/C and wifi. Large, clean room with fridge. Lovely staff and extremely helpful owner. Ideal location across from the beach and between two large shopping malls. Free wi-fi, on-site car park, 24-hour reception, flat-screen TV, refrigerator, non-smoking rooms.

The location was exceptionally nice as it was close to restaurants and bars.

sunshine exceeded my expectations during this stopover. the room was gigantic and clean, AC was great, staff nice, close to a mall, and a low price. a great place if you know what to expect.

Perfect location on the hills was a plus. The staff were superfriendly and knowledgeable and knew how to help.

Great location with easy access to shopping, food, and restaurants. Close to bus terminal and popular markets. Helpful manager and wife who provide useful information. Clean and spacious rooms with modern bathrooms. Good TV options with all possible channels. Complimentary coffee and great breakfast nearby. Beach is close, although not Caribbean quality.

The location of this hotel near to the super market and night market, Suvarnabhumi airport, and the beach and food options was marvellous and absolutely perfect. Btw, it was not too far away from Market Village Huahin.

Great location, close to the beach , shopping centre within 5 mins walk, and 24-hour convenience store opposite. Friendly staff, spacious and clean rooms, powerful shower. Value for money, highly recommended!
